I went to Oak View last Monday to visit my teacher friends and to let Mrs. Goodwin know that I would not be back to teach in the fall. I am very excited to spend more time with James Henry but I'm also very sad to leave such an amazing school. My substitute had been collecting notes and cards that the kids have been writing to me. I was too sad to look at the notes until today... They made me as emotional as I had anticipated. I am just overwhelmed with gratitude for the time that I was able to teach at such a special place with wonderful people and the sweetest children in the world.
