so special

I had a fantabulous Mother's Day and hope that everyone else did too. It was a treat to have my parents here with us to celebrate. I was very happy to spend the day with my wonderful mother.These are some of the roses that James Henry gave me. They are always the prettiest when they are a few days old and have really opened up!

We don't have many pictures from Sunday. Bear had a nasty cold complete with an eye infection and was really in no mood for picture taking. He still made me feel extra special with lots of extra love. Clint went above and beyond as usual with special decorations, breakfast and gifts. My favorite was James Henry racing into our bedroom holding a giant flower and wearing this new t-shirt proclaiming his feelings about me! Ha! I cannot believe Clint bought him clothes! They really made me feel so special and very honored. My cup runneth over!

I have decided to "Happy Mother's Day" treat myself with an extra large gallery wrap of this portrait that I managed to capture last week (with Clint's help of course). It can be a bit stressful trying to "shoot" a moving target (especially with my bulging belly!) I cannot wait to see it in our den!
