Nesting

Spring fever, fear of the swine flu, and nesting, has inspired some major home improvement around here. Week 30 of this pregnancy can definately be defined as the onset of major physical discomfort as well as frantic nesting. I have been cleaning, organizing, decorating, and shopping like a wild woman. The entire family has pitched in to help with the pending arrival of baby brother.

Sprucing up his new playhouse.

James Henry is enjoying our newly decorated bedroom as much as we are. Grandmother and Jampa Southern came up for a visit last weekend and fell victim to my nesting frenzy. They were so very helpful as usual. Clint and Dennis put up crown molding and painted. For our room, Jampa fashioned a headboard from an old door found in his father's barn. I thought that I hated our dark blue walls, but with the new molding, headboard, color photographs, bedding, and curtain removal, I love it! I will be sure to post pics of the baby's room when it is ready.

(not really sure why he is not wearing any pants)
