James Henry celebrated another monthaversary at the beach! In case you were wondering if nine months up, nine months down was true... I am sad to report that it is a myth. However, I did button my pre-baby jeans... but I am afraid that it would be much too dangerous for me to actually wear them.. If that button were to pop I would be liable for seriously injuring an innocent bystander.... Apparently, you really do have to diet and exercise to lose weight (not a myth).
